How?

My company was outbid when our contract came to a close with the fed.gov agency I support, so (like four years ago) the new company that won the bid came calling, and hired me.

That was Friday, Feb 5.

I have been at home collecting a paycheck, waiting for them to process my paperwork (with the agency) and let me know when I can go back to my desk.

I have been home for two weeks, doing nothing but attending conference calls.

And it doesn’t look like I’m going back Monday, either.
